Returns
Because Oatie Oats is a food product, we cannot accept returns once a package has left our warehouse. This ensures that every pouch delivered is as fresh and safe as possible.
If something isn't right, while we can't take back your overnight oats, we absolutely want you to have a great experience. If your order arrived damaged, or if we sent you the wrong flavor by mistake, please let us know within 30 days of delivery.

- We’ll review the details to determine the best way to make it right, which may include a replacement or a refund for eligible cases.
Cancellations
Need to change your mind? If your order hasn't shipped yet, we will do our best to cancel it for you. Just reach out as soon as possible.
Please note that once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make changes.
